Care Instructions

Daily Care

Lightly brush with a clothes brush to remove dust and debris, maintaining the soft suede-like texture. Regularly remove dust with a vacuum cleaner, and for even better results, wipe the entire surface with a white, colorfast cloth or sponge wrung out firmly in lukewarm water.

Spot Cleaning

If you spill a drink, gently blot it with tissue paper or similar to absorb it. This will remove most stains. For dried or stubborn stains, lightly brush the soiled area. Vacuuming is also effective. If the stain does not come off, wipe the stained area from the outside in, in all directions, with a cloth or wiping cloth dampened with lukewarm water (around 30 degrees Celsius) and wrung out firmly.

Oil Stains

If oil stains occur, wipe off as much as possible with a dry cloth or tissue paper to prevent the stain from spreading. Next, dab the stained area from the outside in with a cloth soaked in benzine, then blot up the lifted stain and benzine with a dry cloth. Repeat as necessary.

Old or Stubborn Stains

Follow the spot cleaning instructions above. Even for water-insoluble stains, repeated treatment with lukewarm water and a cloth can be effective. If the stain still does not come off, treat it with benzine.
