Regarding the product

Can I reserve an item?

We sincerely apologize.
Due to the limited quantity of this arrival, we are unable to hold items.
Thank you for your understanding.

The item I want is out of stock, but can it be manufactured?

It is possible for all items except those that have been discontinued.
Please note that sourcing the fabric and sewing will take some time.
Please inquire via "Contact Us", and we will provide a response regarding the delivery time and other details.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

On each product page, select either "Wrapping Service" or "Wrapping +¥550" from the option choices above the "Add to Cart" button, then click the "Add to Cart" button.
Please note that the wrapping specifications vary depending on the shape and size of each product.
Some products may not be eligible for wrapping; in such cases, we will contact you.

Generally, items measuring 45cm will be placed in a wrapping bag.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment can be made by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paidy (postpaid), or bank transfer.


Card information is managed by our payment processor, Shopify Payment, and we do not store any of it.

I'd like a receipt.

Depending on your payment method, the following documents will serve as your receipt:

Credit Card Payment: Your "statement of use" issued by the credit card company will serve as your receipt.
Bank Transfer Payment: Your "bank transfer statement" will serve as your receipt.

If you require a separate receipt issued by our company, please indicate your request for a company receipt, along with the recipient name, purpose, and delivery address, in the "Notes" section when placing your order. We will send it to you via email as a PDF.
For bank transfers, the purpose will state "Received via bank transfer." (No revenue stamp will be affixed to PDF receipts.)
For credit card payments, the purpose will state "Credit card payment." (No revenue stamp will be affixed.)
Please note that multiple receipts may be issued due to different delivery dates or shipping origins. Thank you for your understanding.
For bank transfer payments, receipts will be issued after payment confirmation.

How much is the shipping?

Orders totaling 20,000 yen (including tax) or more per purchase will be delivered nationwide free of charge. (Excludes Okinawa Prefecture and furniture, etc.)
For orders less than 20,000 yen, the following shipping fees apply depending on the delivery area.

Hokkaido/Kyushu Area (Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Oita, Kumamoto, Miyazaki, Kagoshima)...1,800 yen (tax included)
Northern Tohoku Area (Aomori, Iwate, Akita)/Kansai Area (Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Nara, Wakayama)...1,500 yen (tax included)
Southern Tohoku Area (Miyagi, Yamagata, Fukushima)/Kanto Area (Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Yamanashi, Saitama, Chiba, Kanagawa, Tokyo)/Shinetsu Area (Niigata, Nagano)/Hokuriku Area (Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui)/Tokai Area (Gifu, Shizuoka, Aichi, Mie)...1,400 yen (tax included)
Chugoku Area (Tottori, Shimane, Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi)/Shikoku Area (Tokushima, Kagawa, Ehime, Kochi)...1,600 yen (tax included)
Okinawa...3,100 yen (tax included)

Can I specify the shipping company?

We cannot accommodate requests for specific shipping companies.
Deliveries will be made by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.

How many days will it take for the product to arrive?

After payment confirmation, if the item is in stock, orders placed by 11:00 AM on weekdays can be processed for same-day shipping.
Wednesdays, Saturdays, and public holidays are shipping holidays.
Delivery typically takes approximately 2 to 3 business days for standard items after shipping. *Delivery times may vary depending on the region.

Can I specify the arrival date?

You can specify your preferred delivery date.
Please select your desired delivery date from the delivery date dropdown menu on the cart screen.

*Please note that even if you specify a date and time, delivery may not be possible on the specified date or time due to the region or the delivery company's schedule.
*We are closed for shipping on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and public holidays.

Can I specify a delivery time for my order?

While you may specify a delivery date, please note that deliveries during the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, or to remote areas may be delivered on or after the next day.
Additionally, deliveries may be delayed due to traffic congestion, increased shipping volume, natural disasters, or extreme weather conditions.
We appreciate your understanding.

Upon shipment completion, we will email you the tracking number, which you can use to check the progress of your delivery.

What happens if I order items with different delivery dates?

If items in your order have different delivery times, we will ship them together once the item with the latest arrival date is in stock.
Items sourced from overseas, for example, may take several weeks to arrive, so if you wish to receive items with earlier delivery dates first, please place separate orders.
*Please note that shipping fees will be applied to each order. (Orders over 17,000 yen are free)

If the shipping address is different (e.g., for a gift), where will the sender's name be shown?

We will write it in the memo field of the delivery slip from the shipping company.
For gifts or when the recipient or name is different, we will include a delivery note with only the product name and quantity, without the price.
If you do not wish for any delivery note to be included, please indicate this in the [Remarks] section.

Do you ship internationally?

Our product shipments are limited to within Japan.

Purchases from overseas are possible through the combined use of our external services.

I live on an island, how much is shipping?

Additional shipping fees may apply for deliveries to remote islands.
We may contact you again after your order is placed.
Please contact us in advance.

Can I purchase from overseas?

You can now shop from outside of Japan!
By ordering through the international cart, customers who do not reside in Japan can also receive products.
*Some countries and regions are excluded.

About Membership Registration

Membership registration

Membership registration is free.
After registration is complete, we will send your registration details to the email address you provided.

When you register as a member, points will be awarded for your purchases.
You can also enjoy various benefits according to your membership rank.
Once you register as a member, your registered name and address will be automatically displayed the next time you shop, which saves you the trouble of re-entering information, and you can also check your purchase history, making it very convenient. (When logged in to your account)
