The characteristic of sheepskin material is that it feels dry in summer and warm in winter. Natural sheep wool has the same composition as human hair, and each strand is covered with scale-like cuticles. These cuticles absorb a large amount of moisture (about twice as much as cotton) and release it, always keeping it dry and comfortable. You can think of it in the same way you would furniture or wool clothing. We recommend a well-ventilated, dry place, but there's no need to be as overly cautious as with other furs. However, while the fur won't harden, please avoid folding it and try not to place heavy objects on it. Store it in a bag with an odorless moth repellent. If stored dirty, it may be eaten by insects, so please clean it before storing.
