This is the Academia chair with arms, designed by Kaksikko, the duo of designers Wesley Walters and Salla Luhtasela.
It is the Academia Armchair, designed over an additional three years to make the popular Academia chair as comfortable as possible.
"Adding armrests while keeping the design principles of the Academia chair was quite a challenge, but in the end, we achieved an elegant form with a unique presence," the designers say.
The Academia Armchair is made from sustainably harvested wood and molded plywood. The seat can be chosen with or without upholstery.

Delivery will be made to your doorstep. We do not offer indoor搬入 (carrying indoors) or setup.
Depending on the building conditions, such as the absence of an elevator or the requirement for prior notification for delivery work, delivery may be made on the first floor of the building instead of the entrance. Additionally, if the delivery person comes alone, you may be asked to assist with carrying the item to your doorstep, depending on the conditions of the building or its surroundings.
