Delivery is to your doorstep. We do not carry products indoors or install them.
Depending on the building's conditions, such as the absence of an elevator or the need for prior notification for delivery, delivery may be made on the ground floor of the building instead of in front of your entrance. Additionally, if the delivery person comes alone, depending on the building or surrounding conditions, we may ask for your assistance in carrying the product to your entrance.
