International Shipping Guide

We are pleased to announce that international shipping is now available through our partnership with ZenMarket, allowing us to deliver our products to customers worldwide.

How to Order

When you visit our site from outside Japan, a ZenMarket banner appears on each product page. On the product page you wish to purchase from, click "Add to cart" on the ZenMarket banner. The cart only appears for items that can be shipped to your country.

On the ZenMarket page you are redirected to, click "Add to Cart" again. If necessary, enter details such as size, color, or other specifications in the description field.

ZenMarket will receive your order, purchase the item from us, and arrange the international shipment. You do not place an order or pay on this site.

International shipping has size limits (roughly 1 m per side, 4 m girth, 30 kg), so large items such as rugs and furniture may not be eligible. ZenMarket confirms eligibility when you order.

Cost

In addition to the product price and domestic shipping fee, ZenMarket charges a proxy fee plus international shipping. The exact amounts are shown at ZenMarket checkout. ZenMarket offers a variety of payment and shipping methods. Our free domestic shipping on orders over ¥20,000 applies to deliveries within Japan only.

Returns and exchanges follow our store policy; items used overseas may not be covered by warranty. Return shipping from outside Japan is at the customer's expense.
