Care Instructions

Daily care

Lightly brush with a clothes brush to remove dust and debris, and maintain the soft suede-like texture. It is even more effective to regularly remove dust with a vacuum cleaner and wipe the entire surface with a non-color-transferring white cloth or sponge firmly wrung out in lukewarm water.

Spot cleaning

If you spill a drink, lightly press with tissue paper to absorb it. Most stains can be removed this way. For dried or hardened stains, lightly brush the stained area. Vacuuming is also effective. If the stain does not come off, wipe the stained area from the outside in with a cloth or wiping cloth dampened with lukewarm water (about 30 degrees Celsius) and firmly wrung out.

Oily stains

If there are oily stains, wipe off as much as possible with a dry cloth or tissue paper to prevent the stain from spreading. Next, dab the stained area from the outside in with a cloth soaked in benzine, then absorb the lifted stain and benzine by dabbing with a dry cloth. Repeat if necessary.

Old or stubborn stains

Follow the instructions for spot cleaning above. Even for stains that are not water-soluble, repeated treatment with lukewarm water and a cloth can be effective. If the stain still does not come off, treat with benzine.
